It's now in the trunk.

I've also added a binding for C-c M-i which displays a message that
fuzzy completion is now in the contrib.  It doesn't autoload
anything.

I plan to incrementally move quite a bit of code to contrib.  More or
less the stuff that wasn't present in 1.0.
