[Ecls-list] getenv problem

Hi Didier, I just built on a Debian Linux/x86_64 and it seems to work

$ ~/bin/ecl -eval '(print (ext::getenv "PATH"))' -eval '(si::quit)'


Can you try this?
What flags are you using?
