[Ecls-list] Clon v1.0b15 introduces support for ECL

  Hello,

please forgive this personal intrusion to the list, but I just wanted to
announce that I've released version 1.0b15 of Clon, my command-line
options parsing library[1]. The reason I'm posting here is that this
version introduces support for ECL.
