[Ecls-list] getenv problem

  Hello,

with a fresh clone of ECL, ext:getenv (or si:getenv for that matter)
doesn't work in standalone executables. It always returns nil. This is
on a Debian GNU Linux box after ./configure; make; make install

I've done the same thing on my Mac Book Pro and getenv works correctly
there.
