[Ecls-list] Does ECL build on AIX?

I have not yet worked on AIX with ECL. There should be no big problems
porting it, though.

The test has to be performed. If this fails, this is a signature of
some other error, perhaps wrong compiler flags, autoconf not being
able to use the linker, etc. So I think we should get this right
first. The information we need is not contained in the configure
output, but in the file build/config.log That should show where the
compiler failed and why.
