Hmpf. No, there isn't - but in my opinion there should be. Note that  
ensure-generic-function and ensure-generic-function-using-class cater  
to arbitrary keyword arguments.

(I am currently collecting bugs and omissions in the CLOS MOP  
specification, and the list is getting longer and longer... :(
