+ Pascal's fixes regarding unquoting of DEFCLASS/DEFGENERIC options.
However, ECL does not support additional DEFGENERIC options. Is there
any MOP for that which is sort of standard?

+ Minor changes in the compiler. The problem of long lists of arguments
being miscompiled remains unfixed. I do not want a hack and need to make
major refactoring in the compiler.

+ NIL is no longer used anywhere as method argument specializer. The
change was a minor one, given previous fixes, and it has undergone some
testing. Please report any problem.

+ Added several regression tests to the suite for all previous issues.
