One other thing:  I noticed you are embedding the css styles directly in 
html everyfile in the guide.
Instead if you use a linked style sheet instead of the embedded style in 
each html file,
not only would it load faster, but you only have to change one file (the 
css file) to change/evolve the look.

eg. (perhaps an overriding one for printing to kill colors and borders 
maybe - later sheets of same media type have greater precedence :)
