You do not know how lazy I am if you think I update all that style
manually :-) The HTML files are automatically generated by makeinfo. The
CSS is kept in a file (src/doc/basic.css) which is added by makeinfo to
each HTML file. This is the simplest for me. And the style data is
really small compared to the length of some of the documents.

I have just made some changes, rewriting part of the documentation so as
to distinguish screen output, lisp examples and fixed-font ASCII
drawings or tables. I hope the manual looks nicer now.
