[Ecls-list] CVS usable, OSX testers required

The changes for the OSX port have been committed, and I have verified
on almost all supported operating systems that ECL builds with the default 
settings (I still have to check windows when I get my laptop back from a 
friend).

Could those who have an OSX box try the new building process. By default you 
will now get the possibility of building shared libraries, and compiling lisp 
code to form a so called "bundle" (or FASL file in the lisp speak) that can 
be loaded dynamically at run time.
