[Ecls-list] building executables

i've tried various combinations of things to invoke the program
building function, to no avail. here are some examples:

> (c::build-program)[1]
There is no package with the name C.
Top level.
>>> (c:build-program)
There is no package with the name C.
Top level.

i've tried other package names (e.g., sys, si), and other function
names (e.g., build-ecls), again to no avail. reading previous postings
to this group and grovelling through source, documentation and the cvs
repository hasn't helped either. is this function no longer possible
in 0.5, am i missing something obvious, or is it not built under
FreeBSD? any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

[1] i realize i need some arguments; this is just to illustrate the
point.
