[closer-devel] Support for MCL resurrected

Hi,

Macintosh Common Lisp has a working implementation again (now open source). I have resurrected support for MCL in Closer to MOP, and this means that ContextL also works again for MCL. Even AspectL does its job. Filtered functions are out, though, due to the lack of fundamental support for extending generic function invocation in MCL.

All of this is currently available in the darcs repositories (also the support for Scieneer Common Lisp previously mentioned). This will be a pretty large update coming up...
