[Bese-devel] ucwctl

i just added a control script (bin/ucwctl) which you can use to
start/stop ucw. this (along with the new init.lisp file) replaces (and
greatly improves on) the run-examples-(mod-lisp|aserve).lisp file. the
ucwctl scipt is designed to be used from init.d and should be
chkconfig install'able.

in its current form it Works For Me(TM). i'm not much a sysop, and i'd
really appreciate it if someone whe knows how those scripts are
supposed to be written give me some feedback. (in particular, does
anyone know what the "# pidfile: ..." and "# confile: ..." lines mean
for chkconfig?)
