cl-icu 0.1.0 has been released.

cl-icu now contains a 95% complete CLOS interface to ICU's Locale, 
DateFormatter, Calendar and NumberFormatter components, only some of 
the esotoric inspection facilites (getAvailableLocales and similar) are 
missing.

cl-icu is now asdf-install'able.

cl-icu now has a home page at 
http://common-lisp.net/project/bese/cl-icu.html
