for DVCS repos, clone the official repo to a publicly available url,
record your patch, and inform the owner with a mail containing:

darcs pull http://foooo

i have the commit bit for the following projects, where i can push your changes:

> alexandria
> babel
> rfc2388 (-binary only, but that's the one to use)

i'm sure Luis won't mind for babel, i'm not so sure about alexandria
but should also be fine, and for rfc2388-binary noone seems to care
too much besides me.
