[hunchentoot-devel] Patches in the Hunchentoot Debian package

After my post, Uwe von Loh relicensed the Hunchentoot logo under
CC-by-sa 3.0 US, which means that now Debian can distribute it as well.

For the reason above, these two patches are no more included in the
Debian package, which is actually waiting in the Debian NEW queue [1]
because of the name change for the binary package [2].
