using (in-readtable) to select a readtable

I suppose that *readtable-alist* is used for proper navigation on SBCL
sources. If so, *readtable-alist* is rather important. If SLY ignores
*readtable-alist* this may lead to incorrect code navigation in SBCL
sources. But I don't know exactly.
