[slime-devel] Incompatible change in SBCL 1.0.18.10

Hi,

SBCL 1.0.18.10 makes a change to a structure in a way that affects
SLIME.  The attached patch to today's anonymous CVS seems to work for
both the new SBCL and older ones.  Please let me know if it's not up to
snuff for merging.
