[slime-devel] C-c C-k in sbcl-native source buffers

Hi,

Julian noted that C-c C-k doesn't work (well, it does, but it doesn't
DWIM) in sbcl source files. Attached is an abstraction-violating
patch that makes it DWIM... as ever, I'm unsure of how best to remove
the violation of abstraction boundaries. (And whether the way I've
violated the abstractions is the right way, come to that).
