Sounds good to me. But it begs the question: why are we already making
an exception of ~/_swank.lsp vs. ~/.swank.lisp for the init file?

Bill, is there some code we can snarf from your blog to make
installation on Win32 easier? We should at least fold your
instructions into the manual.
