Well, this was a naive statement. One of the things you can do while
debugging is evaluate arbitrary expressions, so while you're debugging
thread <x> it should probably also handle the repl, apropos requests,
and everything else. We'll see what the nicest way to implement all
this is (I bet it'll be great by rewrite #5 :-))

It would be great if the folks already using SLIME with multithreaded
programs can post a note about what features you want the most (if you
haven't already), and which Lisp you're using.
