[mkcl-devel] Release Candidate 5 is out!

RC5 is a general upgrade of the "contrib" libraries and of the MinGW support
environment included in the MS-Windows versions.

A few more bugs were fixed.

Short of a major bug discovery, RC5 is very likely to be the last major step
before the final 1.0.0 release.
