<br>RC5 is a general upgrade of the "contrib" libraries and of the MinGW support environment included in the MS-Windows versions.<br><br>A few more bugs were fixed.<br><br>Short of a major bug discovery, RC5 is very likely to be the last major step before the final 1.0.0 release.<br>
