Done! I just committed mcclim.asd to the tree. That should make every
tar ball made from mcclim ASDF-INSTALLable now. I'll provide a summary
of the changes (especially for authors of ASDF-enabled packages that
depend on mcclim) soon.

I'll look into that next. There are some strange forward-references
that shouldn't be happening in the code that Brian Mastenbrook ported
to SBCL.
