ltk examples

Yes, I think some patches would be welcome.

I have a list of things I plan to look at again in LTk - as you say, for
some things I resorted to format-wish, and some things I think may be
broken (like parts of treeview). I'm working on something else
LTk-related at the moment, but want to come back to these.

Roughly, my list is something like:

- make menucheckbutton work like check button
(https://github.com/herth/ltk/issues/10)
- fix validatecommand on entry widget
- support more functions in the text widget
- take a closer look at treeview - some parts worked, some seemed broken

If you're also interested, I'm happy to discuss on/off list/github issues.
