[ltk-user] reader error using menus on OS X

Hi Phil,
I had same problem years ago. It happen to me when i move with cursor
when clicking on menuitem. If cursor is stopped, it work. Is it the
same in your case? I have patch for this. This is specific error in
TCL/TK aqua on intel mac.
If you need this patch, just tell.
