[local-time-devel] corrupt darcs repository

thanks for the report! i ran the fix on the official repo on cl.net
and it seems to have fixed it.

please note that with darcs 2.0.2 it works fine, meaning that they
temporarily disabled the check for broken crc codes again. a darcs
repair being able to fix it is still being worked on.

ps: i've checked a few of my repos and they are full of this, caused
by c zlib's write screwing up the crc when called with 0 size. but
otherwise it's harmless...
