I started work on sets, multisets, etc.
To count multisets, I added a monoid-fold to foldable, and this led to
quite some refactoring.
A lot of work.

More work ahead -- is anyone interested as a learning strategy,
in refactoring the tests so they map the interface hierarchy,
and/or simply in adding tests for sets and multisets?
