[lambda-gtk-devel] Problem with patch sbcl-af and sb-executable ?

hello,
i have make a little prg in cl-lambda-gtk to test it
it works, but when i try to make an executable i have an error :

sbcl.core is core created like this : 
$ tar -zxf sbcl-af-2004-10-22.tgz
$ cd sbcl-af
$ sbcl --load "system"
* (sb-ext:save-lisp-and-die "sbcl.core")

sbcl --core sbcl.core
This is SBCL 0.8.16, an implementation of ANSI Common Lisp.

debugger invoked on a SB-INT:EXTENSION-FAILURE in thread 14174:
  Don't know how to REQUIRE SB-EXECUTABLE.

You can  type HELP  for debugger help,  or (SB-EXT:QUIT) to  exit from
SBCL.

does anybody know how can i use sb-executable and sbcl-af patch ?
