[GSLL-devel] Patch to fsbf which makes installing gsll on fedora work

This is the same problem under any linux, in my experience. For some
stupid reason, libffi thinks it's a good idea to put include headers
in a directory with the version number, in /usr/lib. I don't think
this should be added to fsbv in this hardcoded fashion, but should
rather be determined at (or before) grovel time, or we should all
e-mail the libffi people about why this is wrong.
