[elephant-devel] Start of 0.6.1 Beta Cycle

I think I've fixed this.  There was some legacy code with some  
hardcoded paths in ele-clsql that never effected me but appears to  
serve no purpose.  I commented it out, but if it causes some other  
system to fail then we'll have to look at it more closely.
