You can try the ECLM group booking for a lower price: go to
http://www.hotelarena.nl/index.php?do=content&id=18&lang=eng,
click on 'Online reservation', select 'Groups' from the menu,
enter 'zaterdag' for Saturday night or 'zondag' for Sunday night,
and you should get a better price than 224 EUR.
