My steps:

(require :cmp)
(require :ecl-quicklisp)
(ql:quickload :drakma)
(ql:quickload :closure-html)

... no crash. But ECL did not build cl+ssl without the patch I am uploading
right now, so I do not see how (ql:quickload :drakma) worked for you!
