[Ecls-list] cannot build fricas using ecl

OK, I cannot reproduce this with the very latest Fricas (rev 1303).
Perhaps it was fixed there, perhaps it was an svn failure that
resulted in a broken checkout.
I can build it OK with either ecl 11.1.1
git:10dea13a5122cb1f07bce98f674b4b6574dbd922

or with ecl 11.1.1 from Sage 4.8. (which is a bit older)

Sorry about this, mea culpa.

In the course of this, it was found that 'make distclean' does not
clean up enough of Fricas. (perhaps it is already fixed in rev 1303, I
do not know).
This is Fricas' problem alone.

Debian package ecl 11.1.1 appears to be broken on Debian x86_64.
This is Debian's problem alone.

Optional Sage package fricas 1.0.9 does not build on the said system
(with either of ecl's mentioned). That's of course Sage's problem
alone.

No problem for ecl! :)
