[Ecls-list] bug loading a compiled file containing unicode characters

Hi all,
When I try to load the following compiled file:

(defvar a "Медвед")
----------
I obtein the following error condition:

Unexpected end of file on #<string-input stream from "commo...">.
   [Condition of type end-of-file]

I met this error trying to compile the examples of "gtk-cffi".
