[Ecls-list] Building 64 bit ECL on Windows

Hello,

I have had issues that prevented me from successful build of 64 bit ECL on
Windows with MSVC 2010:

Fortunately, I have overcome them to the level I was able to build ECL.

I have also attached patches to the above record in the tracker.

Please, review and apply them or let me know what else has to be fixed
beforehand.
