Well, fortunately, the ARM part seems to work fairly well, at least well
enough to build itself.

However, the C library on Android is fairly spartan, so I suspect there
will be a good amount of work needed to get things to work.

There's also no native C compiler, so compiling past bootstrap might be
challenging.
