[Ecls-list] sysfun.lsp

Basically the size -- it is just a set of macros that generate data
(optimization lists) and I did not have time to transform it it a better and
more compact form --, but also the possibility of having a look at the
optimizations and inline forms to see whether some of them are wrong.
