[Ecls-list] Problems building HEAD with ECL_UNICODE on windows

Hi Gabriel,

thanks a lot for the patches. I got them and I am in the process of
reviewing them. From what I can see, I will have to change a couple of
things.

What do you mean by broken? That I/O of Unicode streams does not work,
that text is not displayed properly, ECL fails to boot?

Uf that is strange. Does it always happen? I have not seen it with
current sources, but will check again with the flags you used.
