[Ecls-list] Status of ports and release candidate

Thanks! I had forgotten about those two.

Just for the record, it is way easier for me to remember open bugs if
you use the bug tracker system in Sourceforge: I get regular reminders
and can visit the list at any time before a release, just like I did
this weekend.
