Hello,

I was trying to build ECL on an AMD64 Linux system with --enable-threads, but
compilation stops with the following error:

;;; Creating alias WINDOWS-1257 -> WINDOWS-CP1257, build:encodings;WINDOWS-1257
;;; Creating alias WINBALTRIM -> WINDOWS-CP1257, build:encodings;WINBALTRIM

Top level.

Without --enable-threads, everything works fine.

I'm not sure if this is a known issue or not, so I'm reporting it.
