[Ecls-list] Packing LLVM with ECL?

Has anybody thought about it? Matlab does it. It would make ECL be
able to use COMPILE and COMPILE file even without a Microsoft Visual
C++ or Mingw32 behind and would facilitate standalone binary
distributions.

I personally do not have time to work on that, but would not mind, if
support is added in the form of simple automated scripts, to perform
the builds myself whenever a release is launched.
