Only advice is to debug the C sources in a C debugger. This can be
done if you set c::*delete-files* to NIL in your .eclrc file and the
build the binaries. If you do not feel like, then I will eventually
look into that. Most probably, another string in the inline forms
database sysfun.lsp must be upgraded for unicode.
