[Ecls-list] Latest fixes

- Small typo in src/c/dpp.c (thanks to Samium)

- Updates in the FFI for the new call mechanisms (thanks to Dustin Long)

- Fixes in the database of optimizations to better cope with unicode strings.

- Some FFI structures and functions are now public (complements previous fix)

The result is that now the pretty printer is properly built even with
optimizations _and_ Unicode. Different builds including threads and
other features are also producing good results:

should code some regression tests for the compiler under all possible
configuration settings.
