[Ecls-list] ASDF not following symlinks on windows

You can send them by email and I will have a look, but it looks too
high level from what you say. The thing is, this kind of links are not
navigatable, are they? I mean, if I open a command linke interpreter
and type "cd whatever.lnk" will it traverse to the point which is
dictated by the link?
