- FILE-POSITION now uses bignums and fseeko/ftello to add support for
large files.

- On Linux, the flag _FILE_OFFSET_BITS=64 is used to activate support
for large files. On other platforms this is not needed (FreeBSD, OSX,
etc), for streams work with large files always.

- Important fixes for --enable-longdouble, regarding a broken
IMAGPART, arrays of long-float not working and
*read-default-float-format* not being properly interpreted.

Unfortunately my machine is blocked right now, which means these
changes are only available through Sourceforge and CVS. Sorry for the
inconvenience, but being away from Madrid this situation may last
until beginning of next week.
