[Ecls-list] First patch release: 0.9j-p1

Hi,

I have found that in versions 0.9j and 0.9.j-p1, the documentation is  
not installed, the related src/Makefile.in lines are commented, for  
example:

install: install-base
#       cd doc; $(MAKE) prefix=$(prefix) DESTDIR=$(DESTDIR) install

Also, "make doc" generates this error:

make[1]: *** No rule to make target `/Users/aleix/Downloads/ecl-0.9j/ 
src/doc/../..ANNOUNCEMENT', needed by `news.html'.  Stop.
