[Ecls-list] Res: Problemas compiling on x86_64 but with 32 bit linux

These problems should be solved by now. I added a second check to make
sure that, even though the machine is 64-bit capable, the operating
system and compiler use 64 bits. Please report whether this works for
you guys.
