[Ecls-list] Problem with mk:load-system on windows

Hello, ecls-list.
       I am wish (after setup *central-registry* and
       *filename-extensions*) load my system:

       (mk:load-system 'regex)

       ..and geting error - "ecl.exe - incorrect image" in occur
       dialog window :((

       Help.
