[Ecls-list] connect to CVS host refused

Greetings all,

I've only recently started working with ECL, and I've had trouble
checking the sources out from CVS;  I get the following error:

  $ cvs -z3 -d
:pserver:anonymous:anonymous at common-lisp.net:/project/ecl/cvsroot co
ecl
  cvs [checkout aborted]: connect to
common-lisp.net(80.68.86.115):2401 failed: Connection refused

This may be a firewall problem at my end, but I'd be grateful if
others could confirm that they're able to get to the server.  Its not
a huge issue, because I can grab the tarball from the website, but I
just thought I'd ask.
